Due to SYSDRAM_PARITY_ERROR I suspect the MSFC3 or SUP Hardware, but I do see a couple of software defects that can also cause this. Should I change H/W or upgrade to a more recent version.
The fault has just happened once.

Hi, it's impossible to be sure what's the problem, but I don't think it can be a software problem.
First, I'll suggest to change the HW and if the problem it's not solved you can open a TAC case.

The occurance of crash is once , so better go for IOS upgradation i.e 12.2(18) SX and monitor the switch.
If you face the same problem after upgradation please update this query.
hope it helps you.plz rate it.
Thanks,
