They are configured as stackwise virtual. What will happen after this time pass 28 days, 23 hours, 46 minutes, 40 seconds
Also do I need to register the smart license or not required ?

You have, potentially, two options:
Hi Leo
Thanks for your reply
We are running now Version 16.12.03a
Is there any problem with my license. Is virtual stack could be affected suddenly ? it is the most thing I care about to not have my network down
Thanks
Cisco Smart Licensing is enabled starting from 16.9.X.
If you do not have CSL then it should be fine -- Nothing is going to happen with VSS after the license has expired.
So I must downgrade to 16.6.X to avoid virtual stack cut or deactivated due to license ?
Or I'm Ok now as I'm not registering the two 9410 boxes ?

Nothing is going to happen.
You're logs will be "spammed" with reminders to turn on CSL -- that is all.
