catalatsy 2960G-48 duplex mismatch on fiber

hello.

have to 2960G-48TC-L sw with a GLC-FE-100FX fiber mod installed, the distanse is about 1km. and I can't get the port on the sw to be full duplex. i have upgrade the sw frimware to 12.2.40SE inn hope that is was a firmware error. it wasen't. anyone ho know haw to del with this?

Make soure the interface with the gbic, is configured with the right media type.

After that it is possible to set the speed off the interface to 100Mbit and full duplex.
