Hey Guys I need some help!!!
I have never used a managed switch till today. I have a switch that we use to use but it was managed by a 3rd party company.
Long story short I have the switch hooked up to Hyper terminal all is set up im able to connect to it. It is asking for a username and password.
The problem is that i dont know what it is and the company will not give it to me.
How do i reset this password or reset the whole device to bran new!!
I was doing some reading on line and it said to hold in the mode button while plugging in the power. but i did not know what to do after that....
please help!
