Catalyst 2960 switch

Hi , 

I want to access the switch in  the GUI mode is it possible if yes, please share with me the commands list.

It should be possible to use the GUI on the 2960. It is not a matter of what commands but is a matter of which image did you load? If you loaded the bin file, which many people do, that does not support the GUI. If you loaded from a tar file then the image should support the GUI. One way to tell is to look for an html directory in flash. If the html directory is there you should have support for GUI. If the directory is not present then you do not have support for GUI.

it is not commands that are needed but Html /http files in flash of switch. New switches have such capability and no config is needed; it should be fine out of box. Please find setup in Cisco doc for IP and username/password/  usually it us 10,0,0,1 and admin / cisco combination.

Post the complete output to the command "dir". 

Even if HTML files are present, you will need an OS that will support old JAVA version.
