Checked "show inline power" still there is power left in the switch .

Faulty cable or faulty phone.

It cant be the case as i am connecting to the 1st port ,The phone is taking POE .

Post the complete output to the following commands:

  1. sh version
  2. sh post
  3. sh interface Gi 1/0/2

Hi,

if you have any other PoE device, try to connect that in the same way and verify that 2nd port is not powering up and 1st port is powering without issues. also check with other ports in switch too. sometimes, port may be faulty.

How can we confirm like that is a port failure?Could you give like a debug command or something.
