Hi all,
I have issue on cisco catalyst C2960X-48TS-L. The error messages is below:
POST: PortASIC Port Loopback Tests : Begin POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 10 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 9 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 12 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 11 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 16 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 15 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 18 POST: Failed PortPhyLoopback Packet Test asic_index 0 port_hardware_index 17 POST: PortASIC Port Loopback Tests : End, Status Failed Error: ASIC/PHY POST failed. I have tried reload image but nothing was fixed.
Please advice for the best solution.

Contact Cisco TAC and organize for am RMA.
The switch is dead.
If you have reboot the switch several times then it is no longer CSCut90593.

Yes I think same like you too. because I have tried xmodem and check all in rommon but nothing cant fix it. actually.
Just wanna confirmation with it.
