Hi,
Does anyone knows how is the 32 Gbps fabric bandwidth distributed across all the switch ports (3560 or 3750)???
For example in the 4500-E modules, there are range of port who share their own bandwidth....
Thanks

You can configure QoS for Bandwidth port distribution. Rate limiting gives control over the amount of bandwidth across any configured interface, for appropriate distribution of available bandwidth.

I don't recall seeing that explictly documented for the 3560/3750. However, from some infomation that's been published (by Cisco) on the 3750-E architecture, and 8 Gbps bandwidth limitations on both the 3750 10 gig port and the stack ports, suspect both devices use 8 Gbps ASICs that tie to one or more edge ports and fabric. Don't know how many, or how edge ports allocated to, ASIC ports.
