Catalyst 3650 Wireless Config Removal

Out of the box configuration on my new 3650 includes auto qos and and wireless configs.  I do not need the wireless configs and do not want the auto qos on the switch at this time.  I have tried removing the wireless configs and the auto qos policies and have been unsuccessful.  Is there a way to remove the configs from the switch.  Below are the configs I would like removed.  Any help would be appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

These are all default class maps that comes with the startup config and I am not sure if you can delete them.

I am looking for a way to remove the AutoQos on a new 3650, especially since the ports associated with the configuration are for gaming (Age of Empires, World of Warcraft to name a few) and file sharing ports for Kazaa, Morpheus, and BitTorrent. I'm not too happy that I spent the time removing the configs, and they show right back up when I reboot the switch. It would be nice if I can harden my box without leaving all of these access lists available for use in the config. Any ideas?

I would also like to remove the wireless portions of the config, my network will not be using wireless... And I don't want to leave someone the ability to enable it. Has anyone else had this problem?
