Catalyst 3850 always reponse TCP ACK to device

Hello Everyone:

There is problem,that is about catalyst 3850.the topoloy as below:

array----c3850-----server(10.100.1.60)

array connect to c3850 vlan30,and server connect to c3850 vlan 100,interface vlan 100 is server's gateway. array can ping c3850 svi30.

this is the problem:
when i shutdown the server,it won't have arp info about server on c3850,i think it's right.But,when i test on array,use command "telnet 10.100.1.60 8080",the tcp session will be open,i do a capture,found that is gateway's mac address give a response,so,the array think server can work.But,that's a abnormal issue.
I don't know why is that.Do you know,we can discuss it.

no，there is not nat between two vlan，this issue has been resolved，there is a waf device between Array and switch ,the issue is waf abnormal,we must change the mode of it,then it can be fixed.
