Catalyst 4006 Supervisorengine led red

Hello,

we got a problem with our cat4006 coreswitch. The led on the supervisorengine is red, and several

errors are appearing in the message log. Can anyone tell me what`s going on there?

++ The above message indicates that the packet memory diagnostic bootup test has

detected failures, but there are still a sufficient number of working buffers to enable

switch operation.

Recommended Action Refer to the Release Note attachment in the DDTS for

CSCdz57255.

++ Try reseating the card to see if it fixes the issue.

++ If you still face the same issue then the card needs to be replaced.
