Hello,
Do Catalyst 9200 or 9200L in a network advantage setting support VXLAN ? If so, do they require a specific IOS version ?

It is supported in Advanced:
Network segmentation
VRF, VXLAN, LISP, SGT
I advise you to look at Datasheet:

For now 17.3.3 or above or stable version of code.
Cat 9200 supports VXLAN (but you need a network Advantage License to support it - you already mentioned.)
But if you looking for more Advanced features i would suggest going to Cat9300 (cat 9200 is good for Layer2)

Hello Balaji,
Thanks a lot for your answer. I have been googling around for instructions (similar to https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst9300/software/release/17-3/configuration_guide/vxlan/b_173_bgp_evpn_vxlan_9300_cg.html) for the 9200 but couldn't find anything working. The devices do have a network advantage license and are running 17.3.4b however commands accepted on a 9300 do not work on the 9200.

As mentioned earlier, Cat 9200 more used Layer2 with SD-Access functionality, you will be not able to get what you get features like Cat 9300.
Unfortunately i have less hands in Cat 9200 other than just Layer 2 config : (but Cat 9300 works as expected and you confirm the same here too)
