Catalyst 9300 using App Hosting - File Share

Is there a solution to use a 9300's App hosting feature to run a local file share that would then be able to be backed up to AWS?

We have some remote sites that have no servers, but they need quick access to very large files while being backed up to AWS.

Any ideas?
