Catalyst WC-3548XL-EN cyclic reboot during start

Greetings!

I have found old switch at work and trying to reanimate it.

Catalyst WC-3548XL-EN goes into continious reboot, here is console logs:

And again the same

I tried to format flash memory and then copy firmware via xmodem. Firmware was downloaded from http://tfr.org/cisco-ios/catalysts/cat3500/ (this is the only founded source where these files are located, they are already EOL). But this procedure doesn't helps, errors remains the same. Do anyone have any ideas?

to be blunt, I am afraid that your switch is toast. The error:

CPU Interface 0 SWITCH error in received packet on queue 3

indicates a hardware failure, which used to be resolved by an RMA. Since the switch is EOL/EOS, you are out of options. Keep in mind that these models have been introduced about 20 years ago, and that is how old yours could be...
