CatOS Hybrid to IOS Native

I am starting to build a new Cisco Core 6513-E with Redundant Sup 720-3B from a currently running 6513 Core with Hybrid CatOS with 2 redundant sup2's. My question is probably really simple.

How is Redundancy between the MSFC (Sup2) model differ between the Redundancy between the PFC (Sup720) ?

What do you wan't to know exactly? do you have a cat os and two supervisor with ios in hsrp? with a default ios the redundancy is sso, and the redundancy is not in hsrp on supervisor in the same chassis.
