In order to take CCIE data center written exam, do we need to pass CCIE routing and switching Lab or written exam?

No there independent of each other ,different ccie exams

thanks, but if I pass 400-151, within one year, I need to pass CCIE DC lab2.0, otherwise, the written exam result will be expired

The candidate must make an initial attempt of the CCIE Lab Exam within 18-months of passing the CCIE written exam.
