NAS HA is connected to a SWV pair (C9500H => IOS-XE 17) Lets say Port 1/0/1 and Port 2/0/1. HA fails as CCM messages are not forwarded between the ports.
NAS Maintenance Domain Level is 0 and all data ports connected to one Vlan.
Based on my current understanding the NAS MD Level must be lower or equal to the one on the switches and I only need to configure the Catalysts as a MIP.
ethernet cfm ieee
ethernet cfm global
ethernet cfm domain CFM-DOMAIN level 0
mip auto-create
This command gives no result:
sh ethernet cfm maintenance-points local mip
Anyone aware of something I am missing, to get this done? Is there a need to configure a MEP/service evc/VLAN or Port to maintenance domain mapping?
