Is there any solution for this matter asside from RMA request? I just want to make sure whether is it a hardware or miss configuration problem.

Hi Aneda,

Could you clarify the below to understand this issue better, some times unreliable plugs or jacks at any point between the phone and switch can cause the same disconnections

  • When did you see this issue first?
  • Does the IP phone working previously on the same interface?
  • What type of the IP phone connected on this interface? does phones Ieee 802.3af complaint
  • Did you try to change the setting of power inline auto or static configuration?
  • Please check show power inline and try to change other working interface and share the detail
