Hello

As others have stated you need to make sure your mgt interface is up which it looks like it is for vlan 1
The default-gateway of this switch needs to be 165.122.3.x  which will be the I am guessing the ip of your root core switch.

Can you ping this switch from the core switch?

if yes - can you still ping this switch from the core switch sourced from another vlan interface

Looking at your port-channels, you have 4 defined but only two are up and one of those (PC3) is only partially up.
This PC looks like it isn't configured correctly either, Its suggests you either manually created the PC or manually configured the physical interfaces.after the PC was created.

Why do you have lacp applied to PC3 and not PC1?

Do you have any access-lists  applied to this switch line interfaces  that would negate remote-access?

Is remote access allowed on this switch?

sh run | be line
sh access-list

Ans:The Mngt interface is up , The default -gateway is changing is not an easy way to solve the issue,

Please try to understand  the problem only the particular switch, rest of the other device's not an issue

and i have different VLAN configured in the core switch each Vlan is working you can see my first post the port configuration

Can you ping this switch from the core switch?

Ans: it is ping , i will add the details last

Ans: ping from each VLAN device

Ans: the Main uplink is port#25, it is port channel 3 is up, rest of the 2 and 4 was created for different VLAN,it is not used now,

what you mean by PC3, this PC looks like it isn't configured correctly either ?  acutely i didn't get this point, there is no pc connected in switch directly but there is an uplink goes to a different location there will be connected many devices.
