Cisco 3560 48 port with IOS DENALI 16.3.6

Need help, I have several 3560 48 port switches that hangs and locks when adding a new VLAN. I can reconnect via SSH but it hangs as well when issuing any command, including any SHOW commands. I run DENALI IOS version 16.3.6 on it. I believe it is a bug with the IOS. Please help

 - Issue show logging after this is tried; check if you have any errors or additional info being logged.  Besides that , what is your global intranet vlan setup. Do you have a central vtp server, are you adding a vlan on the  correct switch, etc....

Nothing but normal syslog messages, we dont use VTP and have the switch on transparent mode. Yes I am adding a vlan on the  correct switch.

CPU looks good. This is most likely a bug in the version you are running. Open a ticket with TAC, as there maybe other reports of the same issue. They will likely ask you to upgrade or downgrade.

reading the exact release notes below there is not specific matching or fixed bugs but similar hang bugs , i use 16.3.7 on my 36s and its stable , same train and package so its an easy enough upgrade , shouldn't be any micro code or boot loader change

if you dont have TAC support the cli analyzer may show the bug id as another option , if not just upgrade.
