Downgrade your IOS.  The 3560E has a USB port at the back for you to plug a specially-formated USB (FAT16) with the BIN file.  Break the bootup and force the 3560E to go into ROMmon and boot the USB stick using the command "boot usbflash0:IOS_filename.bin".

Not sure from which IOS you upgraded your switch. If you have upgraded from post 12.2(50) to any of the latest IOS images, there is a firmware/microcode upgrade in them. Usually it takes about 5 min for a standalone switch to boot (First time). During this time, its normal for Fans to spin at maximum rpm.

AJ.

It didn't specify in the opening thread of "Upgrading microcode ...".

yes i am upgrading from 12.2(35 to 12.2 (58)..and i saw the microcode updates but here was it failed and it stopped doing the upgrade..moreover the fan is spinning at maximum RPM..i tried to downgrade the IOS but it is not working it just stuch here and there...can you let me know how to do a factory default..

Factory default will only reset your password.   So this is not going to help you.
