Cisco 3560X MTBF

Hi,

I am trying to work out the MTBF value for a Cisco 3560X-48T with a second power supply installed.  The MTBF for the switch and power supply are provided separatley but am trying to work out what the combined value would be - I'm assuming its not as simple as adding both together:

Cisco 3560X-48T : MTBF - 186,778 Hours

Cisco 3560X Secondary Power Supply: MTBF -  508,710 Hours

Any help greatly appreciated.
