I have a Cisco 3620 router and I am trying to get internet access. My isp is comcast. All modem lights seem to be operational. But I do not have internet access. I can ping anything other then the router and I am on a home network.
I have attached a config file. Please note I am a novice with cisco routers.

Alain,
No not yet, sidetracked with job interviews.
I do have 2 questions: 1) do I need an excluded-address for the part thats faces the internet?
And 2) does it matter if E0/0 or E0/1 faces one side or the other, right now E0/0 faces my local network and E0/1 faces the internet?

I have tried with and without dhcp enabled and I can never ping 8.8.8.8 successfully.
And I never can ping the modem successfully either.
