Cisco 3650 switches "windows Ip conflicts'

hi

Is any one else getting this issue with the new Cisco 3650 switches.

for all my sites that i am running a new 3650 switch users are getting "windows  has detected an IP address conflict". the error message pops up randomly.

I think your problem is related with ip device tracking. Please follow the next document to fix the issue:

yes this was, but the issue is with the ios even after setting the timers you will still experience this issue, only way i found that work is to update the ios to the latest version and disable ip tracking completely
