CIsco 3650 will not load IOS from flash

I restarted my switch and to won't load IOS from flash. I had to manually use the command boot flash:XXXXX for it to load the IOS. 

I checked my config to make sure the boot comand is pointing to the flash. And I have "boot system switch all flash:xxxxxx". 

I saved the config and reloaded the swtich. Instead of loading the IOS from the flash, it went straight to switch: mode.

How i resolve this?

Issue "sh ver" and make sure the config-register is set to 0x102.

if not change, save and reboot again.

It is set as 0X102.

Ok, I see what the problem is.
You're instructing the switch to boot the BIN file, BUNDLE mode. And the boot variable statement is incorrect.
Please read the Release Notes because you'll need to "convert" this from Bundle Mode to Install Mode. When doing it correctly, the process will automatically change to the correct boot variable statement.
