Hi folks!

I just upgraded the IOs of my new 3750 to latest version and lost the http access.

Also cannot connect trough console port because I've lost my USB adapter. Any idea?

Already tried cisco/cisco Cisco/Cisco admin/admin admin/Cisco... etcetera.

Thanks in advance

@robertorojas, That's why I have asked about the IP address, and as @Mark Malone has mentioned according to the shared documentation, you will need to put your PC in the same subnet 10.0.0.0 and to try the password "cisco"

The documentation says that the username is ignored anyway, that's why I wondered why when you have tried cisco/cisco it didn't work with you.

Maybe you need to try not to type anything in the username (I mean to leave it blank) while only issuing cisco as a password!

@robertorojas

What IP address are you using in your web browser to access the SW?

Should be cisco and default 10.0.0.1 , confirms how to access http in 3750 guide below with screenshots

https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3750e_3560e/hardware/quick/guide/14507.html

Step 10

Launch a web browser on your PC. Enter the IP address 10.0.0.1 in the web browser, and press Enter.

Step 11

The switch prompts you for the default switch password. Enter the default password, cisco.

Hi guys!

I've made it! New factory reset and the IP and user/password got to the defaults.

Thanks a lot!
