Cisco 3750/3850 switch - GUI error 404 - Port configuration (submitting port selection)

Hello Cisco experts,

I have a Cisco switch (3750) that is having an issue when selecting options under port configuration.  I am able to access all other sections/options fine, but when I select to set a port and putting in a description and attempt to save I get a 404 error every time.

This only occurs with port setting, and this is an airgap system...any ideas?

Hello, and thank you for replying.

The issue is occurring on cisco switches 3850, with version number 16.06.02.

I am not able to take picture because they are air gapped and in a different department.

Looks like this error (see attached)...but only when accessing Port configuration, selecting the port, and hitting submit.

not sure is this switch using ISE for AAA ? as per the screenshot to show as ISE ?

The switch is setup as standalone deployment.

ISE node is setup in distributed deployment.  Thought it was standalone, but there are more than one switches...sorry I am new to the environment.
