Cisco 3750x set QOS on 2 ports to highest priority

Have a Cisco 3750X stack, I'm having issues sending faxes between fax server and CUBE.  Inbound seems to work no problem.  Would like to override all QOS and set packets for the access VLAN that each is set to.  

We have been troubleshooting this for weeks and inbound faxes do not seem to be having issues, which makes no sense.  It's using RTP packets.  We are not using T.38 we are using g.711 which is all the vendor supports.  High end Brooktrout SR140 fax modem software.  GFI server.

Your posted information does not provide enough information to answer your question (as to why the switch is doing whatever you believe it's doing incorrectly).

By default (I recall) with QoS enabled, unless you're using an ingress policy, or trust ingress CoS/ToS, QoS tags will be reset to zero.

If frames/packets are being reset to zero, one of the following statements would apply:

mls qos srr-queue output cos-map queue 3 threshold 3 0
mls qos srr-queue output dscp-map queue 3 threshold 3 0 1 2 3 4 5 6 7

"Would like to override all QOS and set packets for the access VLAN that each is set to."

Then you need an ingress policy to match against VLAN and assign CoS/ToS tag that's desired.
