Cisco 3850 stack switches gone into hang mode/freeze

Hi All,

 

At one of the client site, we've 4 3850 switches in stack mode which suddenly went into hang mode.

We had to reboot the switches to bring them online.

Can anyone suggest what must had went wrong?

 - What went wrong is usually difficult to track (no info)  , to avoid that and get better insights for further events configure a syslog server on the stack, so then after you can examine logs , possible be able to determine what the problem was (when  that happens again)
