Cisco 3850 Switch Stack FAN PS-1 NOT Present and Too Much noise

I have 3 Cisco 3850 Switch in stack and there is too much noise.

Output of Show environment all command is attached.

Please provide the support to resolve it.

First we replaced the FAN but still issue persist same so request for RMA of Switch.

and after RMA, issue was resolved.

Hello,

Ebay can be tricky. The fact that the replacement fan is offered from China doesn't necessarily mean it is fake or bad, as most Cisco products actually ARE manufcatured in China. Which country are you in ? Can you send the links from Ebay that you thnk are suspicious ? There are ways to tell if the seller is reliable...
