Cisco 385048P-S Switch will not boot...Flash is in read-only mode.

Here's what I got.  It only boots into ROMMON mode.

file name too long

The system is unable to boot automatically. The
BOOT environment variable needs to be set to a
bootable image.

If the switch is still in ROMMON, I want to see the complete output to the command "set" and "dir flash:".
