Cisco 4500 ports shows only 0 bit/seg

Hi anyone,

I have installed a WS-X4448-GB-RJ45 on a 4503 chasis. I could not get input or output rate, just shows 0 bit/seg wether or not is forwarding traffic. I would like to know if I have to make any configuration or workaround. The IOS version is 12.2(37)SG1.

I found

CSCsz18634    show interface shows 0 packet in interface input and output rate

First identified in 12.2(44)SG and resolved in 12.2(54)SG, 12.2(53)SG2, and 12.2(50)SG7

but you might want to look at all of the issues for the 4500 that were fixed here
