I have one question.

It is possible to configure Dual-Active Detection fast-hello on Port-channel?

If yes, what is the maximum authorize link?

dual-active fast-hello command is not available under  Portchannel interfaces. It is only available under physical interfaces.

I saw that it is only possible to configure port-channel on physical interface.
So if you have more that one Dual-Active fast-hello links, what is the behavior during a failed supervisor detection?

It really doesn't matter how many fast-hello links you have when the sup fails in one chassis.  For example, as soon as the sup fails in chassis-1 all traffic will be forward by the chassis-2.  So, when sup fails, the whole chassis is dead.
