If I remembered correctly, "SCP" is a piece of software between the FWSM and the chassis. The alarm means that there's some communcation problem with the line card and the chassis. And because of this, the FWSM has gone into a "self preservation" mode and powered itself down.
Try to reseat the module (pull it halfway out of the slot), count to five and insert it back. Make sure the tabs are pushed in and the s_crews are finger-tight.
If you are still having problems, contact Cisco TAC and request to have the line card replaced.

No, count to five means, after you pull the module out, wait for 5 seconds and then reinsert it back in and not reseating the module 5 times.
If resetting the module does not help, you need to open a ticket with TAC and RMA the module back to Cisco.
Hopefully, you have SmartNet contract.

Hi,
Can you please post the "show boot device 6" command output.

It was hardware problem, we open TAC, and RMA, changed the firewall module.
NOw I have the same problem on another Switch 6506E. reseat and changing to another slot did not help.
I think may be this is also needs TAC , or RMA
Thanks in advance

Hi Tural,
%C6KPWR-SW1_SP-4-DISABLED:
power to module in slot 6 set off (Module Failed SCP dnld)
This happens due to communication failure between supervisor and module. The supervisors keepalive polling does not receive a response from the module within the allotted time and the supervisor reboots the module in order to try to gain a better connection to it. If the module still does not respond to the polls, the supervisor continuously reboots the module, and eventually puts it into error disable and does not allow any power to reach this module.
A simple reseat of the module corrects this issue 90 percent of the time as it realigns the switch fabric and ensures a firm connection to the backplane. If the reset of the module does not fix the issue then we need to get this module replaced(RMA).
