Cisco 6513 cookie problem

I have this kind of error message:

What does it refer to ?

Hello Goce,

This can be related to an additional module, line card, SFP, GBIC or some other add-on you have installed to your 6513 and which is apparently not correctly recognized. In general, these kinds of problems are hardly correctable from outside. If you have a support contract with Cisco, I suggest you open a TAC case with them to investigate the cause of your problem.
