I've attempted to speak with Cisco's technical support team, but as we don't hold an 'entitlement agreement' they're refusing to help... As such any assistance would be greatly appreciated.
We've purchased a Cisco 867VAE-K9 router, and have configured these perfectly fine in the past. However, with the new firmware, the web interface isn't working. It will load the first page, but then clicking on any of the links (such as Interface) will result in it trying to load the, but just displaying a white page. I've tried this in Chrome, Edge and IE (with and without compatibility mode), all with the same result.
It's very annoying that Cisco refuse to help, considering I can't even use the product; I'm not looking for technical support, just usage!
