Hi, i'm having some issues with a Cisco 877W router connected to an ADSL line (UK). I have layer 3 connectivity to/from the router to our data centers across the private broadband cloud but i'm getting alot (approx 10%) packet loss which is causing the user issues working in our citrix environment.
There are no errors on the vlan, atm or dialer interface and from the sh dsl interface command below, the attentuation is low and the only errors i can see to possibly explain this are the CRC, ES and header errors (shown below). The ISP have said the line is fine so are reluctant to try anything, could this be that the download/upload speed is to high and needs to be lowered for a more stable connection? is there anything configurable on the router i can try to get rid of this packet loss?

Attentuation is low but so is noise margin unfortunately.
To be on the safe side, you should update IOS and ADSL firmware.
