Cisco 9300 uptime "unknown"

Hello

Currently we have a stack of 7 9300 switches in a client site.

While troubleshooting some stuff i notice that the uptime on one of the members is showing up as unknown:

I have reloaded one of the members showing the same and it  now shows correct uptime. 

Has anyone seeing anything similar? While a slot reload seems to fix it there must be something else that causes this? 

Stack power and POE all look fine?

which IOS is the stack running ?

Are you using NTP on all switches ?

Current IOS is 16.3.3 across all members.

There is no specific NTP configs per each switch. Just the main NTP configs applied to the stack.

Hi Guys, 

I'm facing the same issue on the stack member switch 2 & 3. 

Based from the logs, there are some POE errors which has caused the APs to be down. 

i run a debug and it shows "Failed to send ilp ieee start,stop, ec 22"

Temporary fix was to reload the whole stack and APs came back up.
