Cisco 9500 stackwise VSS -not showing ouput traffic

Hello Team,

I have strange issue..

The 9500 is configured as collapse backbone (Distribution  & Core) with Stackwise  VSS configuraiton..

the strange part is .. we are not able to see packet output on show interface command or uplink port connected to the MPLS network.. but everything is working perfectly..

this issue from past 10 days.. the customer not able to see output traffic on monitoring tool.. wherease the same was working perfectly.. there is no change on the network.. and network is working without any issue.. but we are seeing not able to see the traffic on the uplink connected to the MPLS router.

Counters in the "show interface" command are not increasing

Also, check with your monitoring software vendor to make sure they have the right OID, as theses are newer Cisco switches.

Upgrade the firmware.

Recommendation is to upgrade the IOS to 16.9.4..

Yes. 16.9.4 is a sound version.
NOTE: 16.9.5 is scheduled to pop by mid-February 2020.
