Cisco Aironet AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9

I am using Cisco Aironet AIR-LAP1142N-E-K9 on my network and it's connected to Gigabitethernet port on my 3750 switch, but for some eason it's neotiating only 100Mbps all time even when I run speed auto from both sides. If I run 1000Mbps from the switch and the AP, I loose connectivity. Please find below details:

Run a TDR on your switch.   I am suspecting you've got a faulty cable.

Do the following commands:

1.  Command:  test cable tdr interface Gi1/0/14;

2.  Wait for approximately 5 to 7 seconds to run the test;

3.  Command:  sh cable tdr interface Gi1/0/14; and

4.  Post the output to #3.

Please find below:

BTaS-7F-SW-2#test cable-diagnostics tdr interface gigabitEthernet 1/0/14

Link state may be affected during TDR test

TDR test started on interface Gi1/0/14

A TDR test can take a few seconds to run on an interface

Use 'show cable-diagnostics tdr' to read the TDR results.
