Jatinder,
which IOS version are you running on the switches ? Issue a 'show proc' command to list all the processes on your switch. There is a bug affecting older IOS versions (12.x) where the 'Hulc' process shows relatively high CPU utilization, which can lead to 'slow' ping responses. This is a bug and does not affect performance.

my processor utilization is 22%.
IOS : c3560-ipbase-mz.122-35.SE5.bin
any help plz
Found another bug that describes your issue, apparently 26 TAC cases have already been opened for this. No workaround currently...
