Hello everyone!
I need some technical advice for Cisco C6807-XL.
We got powering up failure. The PSM modules IN led is constantly lighting, but the chassis won't boot. The AC cables are OK, PSU looks like too. The device doesn't react on a cold boot via power cables, neither with power switching. What are possib;e solutions to diagnose it further and potentially start it up?
Many thanks!

Either the supervisor card is faulty or a back-plane fault.

- @Temjinrc Attach a console to the switch , and check the outputs during startup ,

It's not starting up, that's the problem. So no console output, unfortunately(
Also, weirdly we only have IN led working, no other indication is present (no FAN tray, to line boards etc).
So my idea is thay somehow it's either PSM is malfucntioning, nor the AC power inputs. Would appreciate some algorithm, now to troubleshoot it further. Currently trying to start it with minimal configuration (no line cards, only 1 visor).
Would appreciate further guidance and advice, thanks

- @Temjinrc I was also going to suggest power on with supervisor only , keep us posted

No fan tray LED indication, the tray itself is present ofc))

Update:
Tried to launch with only one supervisor - still no luck. I guess maybe backplane is faulty, since only PSM gets power and has some led indication (stable glowing IN led, not blinking). Everything else looks like without power, since no LED are glowing at all.
Dunno what else we can possibly do and check. Tried diffrent configurations with PSM, diffrent AC ports - no result.

- @Temjinrc As you are saying the box probably has some fatal hardware problems ; what happens when no supervisor is present neither (modules emptied).

You mean without anything? Just chassis with PSM?

- @Temjinrc Yes, or else try the supervisor module in another (supported) slot.

Either the supervisor card is faulty or a back-plane fault.
