Cisco C6832-X-LE (15.2) Priority Q Policing

Hi,

Can anyone tell me how to do the below (or point me to the correct config guide)

I would like to configure a QOS priority Q on a 6832, but also have this Q policed so it cannot starve the other Q's (ie LLQ)

By the way, I have tried

priority level {1|2} [percent percentage ]

But however much traffic a throw through that Q with a traffic generator I can't get the Q to drop the traffic above the set percent value
