Cisco C9500-48Y4C

Hi all

I 've two Cisco C9500-48Y4C stacked in stackwise virtual mode.

The release onboard is the 17.12.4 (latest suggested).

My problem is that the dual-active detection port are stucked in shutdown.

Dual-Active-Detection Configuration:

Switch Dad port Status
------ ------------ ---------
1 TwentyFiveGigE1/0/48 down
2 TwentyFiveGigE2/0/48 down

I tried different mode to resolve the issue, but I had no solution, p.es.: I unconfigured the above ports, I done shut an no shut, 

I've reload many times the devices but nothing

Does anyone had a tip for me ?

    - Check logs on the 9500 after shut/no shut

Please provide the interface setting parameters and provide the SFP status to check.
