Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48PS-L - switches powered on but no network traffic after a power surge incident

I have 6nos of Cisco Catalyst 2960X-48PS-L - switch and 12nos of Cisco Catalyst 2960X-24PS-L - switch that powers on fine but no LAN port indicates network traffic light after its switched on and after a long time, some will restart by itself again and its unusable. Please what do I do?

The behavior is the exact same on ALL 18 Switches?

That would seem really strange!
Are we sure that there are Clients generating traffic and we don't have real issues with power in that building(s)?

Can you post the output of show version from one of the switches after is supposedly rebooted by itself?

Post the complete output to the following commands: 

sh version
sh log on uptime detail
dir
