Cisco catalyst 3560 Forgetting Info

Hi

I have a Cisco catalyst 3560. When the power goes out all of its data gets forgotten. Does anyone know why or how to fix?

Hello @harrywells128 ,

post show version

you need to check the confreg value

the configuration register can be set to a value for ignoring the startup confiig like in password recovery procedure.
