cisco catalyst 9407 switch modules booting problem

 

Dears,
i have cisco catalyst 9407 switch with 2 SUP  and 4 line cards. when the switch power on, only one SUP become active (with green led status) , the other SUP gives an alarm (locate led is flashing blue) and the other line cards give orange led status (inactive).
when i type #show inventory>>>> only one SUP is read by the switch.
the switch gives a specific error and reload by itself 
find the error on the attached file

Hi,

I think there is a bug in the software where the second sup does not function correctly. Try upgrading to the latest version of available IOS.

I agree with Reza.  This could be CSCvg55327. 

Kindly upgrade the firmware of the chassis (Instructions LINK).

the problem has been solved, the problem was in the second sup and i contact TAC and they will replace it.
