Cisco catalyst switch 2950 stop working after few minutes.

i have brand new switch c2950, i have downloaded lastest image and upgrade the switch. but few minutes after boot switch is frozen. no traffic no nothing. please help

Can you please post your "show tech-support" output so that it can be analysed easily.

(or) - pls check "show memory" status / "show buffers" status. Check is there enough memory availaible in the Switch.
