Hi,
Recently am using CCP Version 2.8, but am not able to open after installation. It giving an error "Internal error has occurred”. Restart the Cisco Configuration Professional.
if anyone have a solution for this problem, please suggest me

Hi Naveen ,
this could be down to your Java version , it can be a bit funny with different versions of JAVA, also you might want to right click and do as run as admin as well , i have seen some issues there as well
