Dear Sir,
Good Day!
Everytime I try to restart my Cisco Core Switch 6506-E, it will go on ROMMON 1 mode command.
This problem I encountered when my Electrical Power accidentally shutdown.
The Solution I did is to just type - boot command
and then Automatic iniatilize the configuration and reboot from normal.
What can I do to fix this issue permanently?
Your immediate response is highly appreciated.
Thanks and Best regards,
Michael D. Miranda

check if you have config-register set to 0x2102 on both RP and SP.
sh version -> on RP
remote login switch
sh version -> on SP
If not i would say change it
Thanks,
Richard.

Everytime I try to restart my Cisco Core Switch 6506-E, it will go on ROMMON 1 mode command.
Maybe the boot statement is incorrect.
Post the output to the following commands:
1. sh bootvar
2. dir sup-bootdisk:
3. dir disk0:

Hi, Michael Miranda...
I absolutely agree with Richard Michael, he offered you the right solution, but let me explain a little more deeply situation.
Sorry, English is not my native language and I can not well everlasting on it complicated things... I just give you links to two articles, after reading that you all will become clear:

http://www.cciezone.com/?p=188
In short, you have mismatch of the configuration register of SP and RP...The solution is to reconfigure the configuration register and reload the system:
config t
config-register 0x2102
end
